As a part of our bi-monthly bonding, me and my friend Melai decided to have our lunch together since that would be our last shift before our ever anticipated rest day. But since RJ, our new gay friend had a very long call, we just decided to ask him if he wants to go with us and he did! We picked Pizza Hut at the 4th Floor Robinson's Galleria as Melai wanted to order their P99 SUPER PANALO MEAL.

The waiter who assisted us is very approachable. He handed us the menu and we were quite apprehensive because we don't see the Super Panalo Meal anywhere on the menu. Melai said she just ordered it last week so we asked the waiter. Good thing he gave us another menu with the said meal on it. Now I know what my strategy would be if I decided to again eat here...ask, ask, ask.

We talked about a lot of things...from family matters to sex and lovelife. I've realized a lot of things...I have considered a lot of options. The food is great as well. I've ordered cream of mushroom, Hawaiian pizza pan and an iced tea. I may say it's sulit for P99!

It's a fun filled afternoon with open minded people like RJ and Melai. Hope to have many meals with people like them...fun and informative.

Last time we ate at Banchetto, I opt to order pasta and I may say, it's the best meal I've ever had on a Friday Banchetto Night. It comprises of a whole Chicken Leg and Carbonara and what's best about it is that it only cost me a hundred bucks!!! It's so tasty and very affordable huh. This is the first time I had a Banchetto meal without a rice but since the serving size of the pasta meal itself is so generous... I easily became full. I just love it! I can't wait for the next Banchetto Friday when I can again grab a piece of the tasty chicken and of course the super yummy Carbonary.

Sinigang na Baboy (Sour Soup Pork)

Here's one of my specialties and my favorite food as well...Sinigang na Baboy! I've learned to cook delicacy from my father since this is his favorite viand as well. Especially when my father is in the mood to cook, he would often cook Sinigang. Here are the engridients of my ever favorite Sinigang na Pork Liempo. INGREDIENTS 1 clove onions, sliced 7 pcs. okra, sliced 3 pcs. red tomatoes, sliced 2 pcs. gabi, sliced 2 pcs. green chili (siling pangsigang) salt , patis, tamarind powder with gabi, 6-8 glasses of water 1 tali kangkong 3 pcs. eggplant, cut into small pieces 1/2 kilo pork liempo, sliced COOKING INSTRUCTION 1) In a big pot, saute tomatoes, onion and sea salt. I usually mash tomatoes with a cooking spoon as it's juice would enhance the flavor of the dish. Add chilis, gabi and pork liempo. 2) Pour just enough water to cover them and bring to boil. REDBOX AND SUMO SAM ADVENTURE

I with my best buddies Malen, Ruthie and Janice decided to meet up after so many years since Janice just recently had her vacation from Dubai. We decided to have a videoke session first at Redbox Trinoma before having our dinner as it's still early. We met at around 5pm. I was surprised to know that they do have a current promo. For only P99 for a two hour videoke session - That is without any free drinks. Unlike before, it costs us P199 for a 3 hour videoke hours plus two free drinks. This is much economical as you will be given an option on what to order. I will write a separate post for Redbox. gyoza After a two hour fun filled videoke cum laugh trip session...we went straight to  Sumo Sam  also in Trinoma to have our dinner. We ordered a meal under "The Fight" category, their version of a boodle meal of Seafood Island named "The Arena".
